We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing and other information displayed on the website are accurate.

However, minor variations in appearance, packaging, components or specifications may occur without materially affecting the intended function of the product.

Product images may be illustrative and may not always represent the exact appearance of the delivered product.

3. Customer Responsibility and Product Suitability

Sensiblue is designed to be integrated into a property's water and plumbing infrastructure.

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for determining whether their property, plumbing system and operating conditions are suitable for installation.

Relevant factors may include:

• Water pressure;
• Plumbing configuration;
• Available installation space;
• Water conditions;
• Existing filtration or water-treatment equipment; and
• Any plumbing modifications required for installation.

Values N Worth Marketing LLP does not conduct a mandatory site assessment before purchase.

Customers who are unsure about compatibility or installation requirements are encouraged to contact us before placing an order.

If a supplied Sensiblue device is functioning correctly, inability to install the product because of site-specific circumstances does not create a right to return or refund the product.

4. Orders

An order is considered confirmed only after:

1. The customer successfully places the order; and
2. Full payment has been received and verified.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order in circumstances including pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity or other reasonable operational reasons.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment and before supplying the product, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Pricing and GST

Product prices displayed on the website are exclusive of applicable GST, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Applicable GST, shipping charges, installation charges or other applicable fees will be displayed or communicated before the transaction is completed.

All orders require 100% payment in advance.

Available payment methods may include:

• UPI;
• Credit Cards;
• Debit Cards;
• Net Banking;
• EMI, where available;
• Razorpay-supported payment methods; and
• Direct Bank Transfer.

Cash on Delivery is not available.

Online payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment service provider.

7. EMI

Where EMI is available, the facility is provided by the relevant bank, card issuer or financial institution.

Interest rates, eligibility, processing charges, repayment schedules, foreclosure conditions and other EMI terms are determined by the respective financial institution.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our separate Shipping & Exchange Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

Values N Worth Marketing LLP will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

9. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled.

Exceptions relating to damaged, incorrect, defective or faulty products are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

10. Returns, Replacement and Refunds

A correctly functioning Sensiblue device is not returnable merely because:

• The customer changes their mind;
• The customer no longer requires the product;
• The property is unsuitable for installation;
• Plumbing modifications are required;
• The customer ordered the wrong product; or
• The customer chooses not to install or continue using it.

Where a product is damaged, incorrectly supplied, defective or faulty, the customer may be eligible for replacement or refund after verification in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

11. Installation

Installation may require plumbing modifications or additional components depending on the property.

Unless specifically included in the customer's order, plumbing work, fittings, modifications and third-party installation services are separate from the purchase of the Sensiblue device.

Installation and other service charges are non-refundable once the relevant work has been performed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is installed and operated appropriately.

12. Warranty

Sensiblue is provided with warranty coverage subject to the applicable warranty terms.

The warranty applies until the first of the following limits is reached:

• 7 years from the applicable warranty commencement date;
• 700,000 litres of water processed; or
• 70,000 start/stop cycles.

Warranty claims are subject to technical verification.

Damage or malfunction resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, external damage, unsuitable operating conditions or other circumstances excluded under the applicable warranty may not qualify for warranty coverage.

13. Reporting Product Issues

Customers experiencing a suspected product fault may be required to provide:

• Photographs;
• Videos;
• Product serial number;
• Proof of purchase;
• Installation information; and
• Other information reasonably necessary for technical assessment.

Our technical team may conduct troubleshooting before confirming whether a product is defective.

14. Consumables

Opened or used filters, consumables and consumable accessories are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless incorrectly supplied or defective when delivered.

15. Website Availability

We aim to maintain accurate and uninterrupted access to the website but do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.

We may modify, suspend or update parts of the website without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

16. Third-Party Services

Certain services available through the website, including payment processing, banking, EMI, shipping or other services, may be provided by independent third parties.

Use of such services may also be subject to the relevant third party's terms and policies.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website's content, branding, graphics, text, layouts, product materials and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Values N Worth Marketing LLP or the relevant rights holder.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or used without appropriate permission.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be published on this website along with its revised "Last Updated" date.

21. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India.

Subject to rights and remedies available under applicable consumer law, disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the appropriate jurisdiction in Gujarat, India.
